I remember those long movie marathons and a fantastic Christmas day where I ate and drank so much I thought I would explode! Erin's amazing cooking, together their hospitality, warmth, laughter and generosity. Phil was a lovely lovely man and it was always such a pleasure to spend time with him. xx
